Craig in Vegas As we reported last month when it was first announced, Craig Ferguson will be returning to Las Vegas in September to perform his live stand up comedy show.  He’ll be at the Venetian for three shows, September 13th-15th.  Craig’s most recent Las Vegas appearances were also at the Venetian in May and June of 2010 but he has appeared on several Vegas stages over the years, including seven shows at the MGM Grand in 2008, three shows at the Orleans in 2007 and three shows at the Tropicana in 2006. On our Live Comedy Tour page, we’re trying to compile a complete list of Craig’s live appearances since he took over as host of the Late Late Show in 2005.  He had not been live on stage for ten years prior to that.  But as you’ll notice on our list, there appear to be some gaps, particularly in 2009.  Have you seen Craig live on stage in the past seven years but don’t see the date and venue on our list?  Please let us know!  Just drop us a line on our Contact Us page, and provide some way to verify the information… a photo of a poster or ticket stub, or a link to an online ad.  We’ll add it to the list and give you our thanks! Brave Tourism While never missing an opportunity to be snarky about Scotland, the UK’s Guardian newspaper still reports on the country’s hopes for a boost in tourism with the release of the Disney/Pixar film Brave.  Meanwhile, Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond tells the Daily Record that despite Scotland’s efforts toward independence, the country still holds an affection for the Queen as the UK celebrates her Diamond Jubilee.
