LLS Hires ‘Tonight’ Co-Producer
The Late Late Show is taking advantage of The Tonight Show moving to New York by hiring a key behind-the-scenes person. PRNewswire reports Michael Alexander is joining the LLS, after working at Tonight since 1992, the year Jay Leno debuted as host. The move reunites Alexander with LLS Executive Producer Peter Lassally, who was executive producer at Tonight for many years. Alexander confirmed the move on his Facebook page.

USA Today is reporting that a German patient was treated after his doctors used clues from an episode of Fox television’s House to make a diagnosis. His symptoms matched those of a fictional patient in the show’s seventh season, and the cause turned out to be the same. The doctors wrote about their experience for a medical journal.
