Teachers LoungeComedian Ted Alexandro, who has opened for Craig Ferguson‘s stand up comedy performances and has appeared on The Late Late Show, is producing a new series called Teachers Lounge, which features a string of familiar faces as guest stars. As explained in the page for their Kickstarter campaign, the show features Alexandro as a music teacher and co-writer Hollis James as a janitor, who hang out in the teacher’s lounge. They’re visited by big name comedians along the way, playing other employees at the school. Craig tweeted his support of the series:
When completed, the show is expected to have ten episodes, and a comedy show with many of the guest stars is being planned for late June in New York City. We’ll watch for more details as they are released.
Arsenio Hall Canceled
The second incarnation of Arsenio Hall‘s syndicated late-night talk show has been canceled after just one season, reports Deadline.com. Despite a seasoned host and some high-profile guests, the show was not able to gain enough traction with audiences to attract enough advertising.
Panel Show Parody
If you’re a fan of British panel shows like we are, you’ll be blown away by this parody from Craig’s good show business friend Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse, who spoof some of the best-known shows with spot-on impressions of many guests and hosts.
