Studio 58 Gets New Tenant
Craig Ferguson and the Late Late Show moved to the new and improved Studio 56 at CBS Television City back in August, vacating the smaller Studio 58 just across the hall. And now, Studio 58 has a new tenant: Talking Dead, the live after-show for AMC’s The Walking Dead, hosted by the @Nerdist Chris Hardwick, who tweeted:
Our Talking Dead studio this season is @CraigyFerg‘s old stage! It’s getting your cooler older brother’s leather jacket #CraigIsFonzie http://instagr.am/p/QyNWWmJGic/
This season’s show debuted Sunday night and will continue following each episode of The Walking Dead.

Scottish Independence Vote
You may remember back in the spring when Craig took the Late Late Show to Scotland, he interviewed the country’s First Minister Alex Salmond about several issues, including the prospect of Scottish independence from the United Kingdom. As the BBC reports, an agreement has been reached to allow a referendum vote by the Scottish people in the fall of 2014. British Prime Minister David Cameron said that while it will be his top priority to convince Scotland to remain part of the UK, he believes voters should have the opportunity to decide.
Behind the Scenes
When Craig recorded the video for the new and updated version of the Late Late Show opening theme at LA’s Farmer’s Market back in 2009, a crew tagged along to give us a glimpse of how it was made.
