First Studio 56 Show August 27 We have received confirmation from CBS that the first show to be broadcast of the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson from the newly-remodedled Studio 56 at CBS Television City will be on Monday, August 27th. There will be two test shows taped with audiences on August 22nd and 23rd to make sure all of the cameras, microphones, lighting and many other technical aspects of the studio are all working properly but the first show the folks at home will get to see will be on the 27th. Tickets appear to still be available for the test shows and for the first show in the new studio, with guest Kristen Bell already on the schedule. The final “new” pre-recorded show from Studio 58 will be on Wednesday, August 8th, followed by rebroadcasts of some favorite episodes from the past year. Studio 58 Memories We’ve had several roboskellies write in over the past few days, telling us about their memories of being in the audience at the Late Late Show in Studio 58 since 2005. If you’ve seen a show taped there, we want to hear from you. Send us your experience using our Contact Us form or just send us a link to your blog or website and we’d be happy to share your story with the rest of the robot skeleton army. Thanks to everyone who has sent in stories! Snake Mug Sale The RSA’s @SariesWick tells us that snake mugs like the one on Craig’s desk are available at the CBS Store for 15% off for a limited time if you use the code SEENON when you make your purchase. Thank you for the heads up!
Chicago Show Ahead The RSA’s @kstene was visiting Chicago, found the Chicago Theatre and spotted a promotion for Craig’s upcoming show in November. Thanks for the photo!
