Ready for Richie
Rocker Richie Sambora will be the house band for the Late Late Show during the week of December 3rd-7th, taking the show in and out of commercial breaks and performing full-length tracks as well. Sambora tweeted on Friday:

Letterman Lauded
Among this year’s recipients of the Kennedy Center Honors, which will be presented on Sunday in Washington, DC, is David Letterman. The Washington Post put together a lengthy profile of the late-night talk show host who was the first to deconstruct the familiar talk show format perfected by his idol, Johnny Carson.

The Charlotte Observer recently did a brief Q & A with actor/comedian Tim Meadows about his long and successful career, including asking him what makes him laugh.



Being Bialik
The Israeli daily newspaper Haaretz recently profiled actress Mayim Bialik, asking her about her life on and off camera and her role on the CBS comedy The Big Bang Theory.

After a weekend on the road, Craig extolled the virtues of the San Francisco suburb of Pleasanton, California.
