First ‘Name Game’ Tapings
Tapings for Craig Ferguson‘s new daytime game show Celebrity Name Game will begin soon. The RSA’s @Colleen_Byrne was first to spot that two taping sessions have been posted for Saturday, June 28th. More are expected in the coming days. Some may be scheduled for the latter half of July, but we anticipate that many will come when The Late Late Show is scheduled to go on a long hiatus in August, which will give Craig time to tape several weeks worth of game shows. If you have a chance to be in audience, please let us know! We want to share your story with the rest of the robot skeleton army, so they’ll know what to expect if they attend a future taping. Note that tickets are being handled by the company On Camera Audiences, rather than 1Iota, which handles tickets for the LLS. Also, remember the game show is being taped at the CBS Studios on Radford, not at CBS Television City. We’ll keep you posted.
Backstage for Charity
Time is running out to bid on a backstage visit to The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. As we reported last week, the website CharityBuzz.com is offering the opportunity to the highest bidder, with the proceeds to benefit the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The bidding ends Thursday at 3pm ET/Noon PT.
Appreciating the Arts
In this two-part monologue from 2006, Craig talks about the arts, including a sly reference to his future with a certain art dealer.
