Â Craig Ferguson has added three live stand up comedy dates to his February schedule, including two shows at The Venetian in Las Vegas February 8th and 9th, and the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on February 23rd. Tickets for the Vegas shows are on sale now and tickets for Michigan go on sale Saturday, December 22nd. The New York Daily News, Broadway World and the Huffington Post are reporting that NBC is considering asking Late Night host Jimmy Fallon to take over as host of The Tonight Show when Jay Leno‘s contract expires in 2014. The network has been down this road before, with the much-publicized debacle that named Conan O’Brien as Leno’s replacement five years ahead of time, only to push O’Brien out after only seven months on the job. There’s no word on whether the show will be picked up but with former NBC executive Jeff Zucker taking over as head of CNN, some changes are bound to be in store for the news network.
