Craig Giving Back
Craig Ferguson spends a lot of time most viewers of The Late Late Show never see, supporting charities around the Los Angeles area and across the country. For at least the third time in recent years, he’s appearing at Bob Saget‘s fundraiser to fight scleroderma. The event is usually held in LA but this year, it’s in Las Vegas on Thursday evening. The event raises money for the Scleroderma Research Foundation, which supports research for the autoimmune disorder which affects an estimated 300,000 Americans, mostly women of childbearing age. Saget’s own sister lost her life to the disease at age 47. There is no cure, but researchers are finding ways to ease the pain of patients and prolong their lives. Thanks to the RSA’s @Colleen_Byrne for the heads up!
LLS Art
A Spanish fan of the LLS, @AlexRivasVFX recently posted a drawing of Craig, Geoff and Secretariat. Thanks to the RSA’s @bgrhubarb for the link!
Comedy Gold
In this monologue from 2006, Craig savors the late-night comedian’s gift of Dick Cheney‘s hunting accident.
