Fun With Al
As the website Consequence of Sound points out, Craig Ferguson‘s Late Late Show doesn’t have as many musical guests as some other late-night talk shows, so when he does invite musicians to perform, it’s a special event. That was the case Friday when the legendary “Weird Al” Yankovic appeared to promote his new album.
Leno Honored
Former Tonight Show host Jay Leno was honored over the weekend with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. The show, recorded in Washington, DC on Sunday, will be broadcast nationally November 23rd on PBS.
Craig Has News For You
Back in November of 1991, Craig Ferguson was a guest on the popular British panel show Have I Got News For You. The show asks guests to comment on the week’s news. Craig was joined by news presenter Trevor McDonald, regular panelists Ian Hislop and Paul Merton, and then-host Angus Deayton. We’ve shown clips of this show before, but thanks to a link from the RSA’s @IIIJossephat, we can see the whole episode. Enjoy.
