The RSA’s @BowTies_Bananas decided to see what Craig Ferguson might look like as the twelfth Doctor Who, along with Geoff Peterson as his companion and what might be Secretariat (complete with blue eye shadow) as a miniature Dalek.
Arsenio Hall Show Director Arsenio Hall is launching a new syndicated late night talk show in the fall. This week, Deadline.com reports the show named a new director, Leon Knoles, who used to direct Craig Kilborn‘s version of the Late Late Show, among many others.

Craig Adds Canada Shows Craig Ferguson is gearing up for a fall stand up comedy tour. The first stop announced this week was Calgary, Alberta and now Craig has added two shows in Kelowna, British Columbia, 241 miles (388 km) east of Vancouver. He’ll appear at 7pm and again at 9:30pm at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, June 11th at 10am PT. You can find all the details on our Live Comedy Tour page.
Fry Coming to Broadway
As the New York Times reports, favorite LLS guest Stephen Fry will perform on Broadway this fall, reprising his role as Malvolio in a London-transplanted version of Shakespeare‘s Twelfth Night.

Craig Plans Canada Shows
UPDATE: Craig Ferguson is planning a fall tour and the first date has just been announced. Craig will appear at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Calgary, Alberta on October 21st. When Craig plays Monday night dates, it usually means it’ll be part of a week-long swing through the region, so we’ll be watching for more announcements in the coming weeks. Shatner Live in ‘Cleveland’
when the TV Land sitcom Hot in Cleveland starring Jane Leeves, Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick and LLS fan favorite Betty White does a live episode on June 19th, they’ll be joined by guest star William Shatner, reports TV Guide. We can’t wait to see what White and Shatner come up with during a live show.
Hawking a Film Ethan Hawke last visited the Late Late show back in January of 2012, and talked with Craig about the horror film Sinister, and almost got talked into trying stand up comedy.

Craig got credit from the Chicago Tribune for the “Joke of the Day” for his marijuana observation on Monday’s show.
Maher Machinations
Craig Ferguson’s quip to comedian Bill Maher on Tuesday’s show caught the attention of political websites, including Breitbart.com, mediaite.com and NewsBusters.org.
Betty Rocks Betty White was on the show last December and talked with Craig about his contribution to the short-lived ABC sitcom Maybe This Time, which was his first network show in the U.S.

When Steven Tyler appeared on Monday’s Late Late Show, he not only talked about his voice acting role in the animated film Epic, as reported by AntiMusic.com, he also shared some “wild” Aerosmith tour photos from his recent visit to Asia.

Twelfth Doctor Wishes Craig Ferguson was one of the first to suggest a replacement for Matt Smith, who will depart Doctor Who after this year’s Christmas special. Craig tweeted:

Meanwhile, Craig has added a new avatar. It’s a bit of surprise to see a picture of a cat from an avowed dog person, but the Scottish headwear adds a certain flair to his feline persona.
