Craig Tweets About Royals
On Monday, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, gave birth to a baby boy in West London. Upon hearing the news, Craig joined many Twitter users in offering congratulations and suggests for names:

Craig was spotted in San Diego by The Hollywood Reporter chatting with actress and former LLS guest Vera Farmiga. Thanks to the RSA’s @bgrhubarb for finding the photo. Craig at ComicCon
Craig Ferguson had the best job at the 2013 San Diego ComicCon, as host of the Doctor Who cast and creators panel on Sunday. Chosen for being one of the show’s most visible and unabashed fans, Craig had fun with the crowd and moderated the interaction with the capacity crowd. He even played the video of his famous Doctor Who musical opening from the Late Late Show as a bonus.

BBC America, which airs Doctor Who in the U.S., kept a running tally of great quotes from the eleventh doctor, Matt Smith at an earlier panel Friday at the convention. The website has complete coverage of Doctor Who-related events at ComicCon.

There were at least two liveblogs of the event if you’d like to read along, one from the Huffington Post and the other from Hypable.com. ScreenCrush.com has a summary and so far, Zimbio.com seems to have the definitive photo collection. Thanks to the RSA’s @bgrhubarb, @MissGraoully, @NancyInTampa and more for scouring the Googly-web and the Face-tubes to find these gems.

ComicCon Tweets
Leading up to the panel discussion on Sunday, Craig was tweeting from San Diego:

SDCC Star Photos
All this week, Entertainment Weekly has been posting portraits of some of the stars attending ComicCon, including Matt Smith with his new short haircut and the doctor’s current companion, Jenna-Louise Coleman.

At least one YouTube user has been posting videos of the major panels throughout ComicCon this year, but we have not yet seen the Doctor Who panel discussion online. If it is posted, we’ll include it here. However, no matter what we post, the clip will NOT contain the video preview of the series’ 50th anniversary episode. Series Executive Producer Steven Moffat asked that none of preview be released outside of room, and we’ll honor that request.

Who better to read the audiobook versions of How To Train Your Dragon than the tenth Doctor Who David Tennant? As reported by tennantnews.blogspot.com, the audiobook versions of the series will be released in the United States in December.

Craig Ferguson is in San Diego this weekend, to host a Doctor Who panel at ComicCon. The online fanzine Kasterborous.com talks about how Craig is a huge fan of the show and has invited many cast members to be guests on the Late Late Show.

Florida Ticket Sales
Tickets for two more of Craig Ferguson’s live stand up comedy performances in Florida this fall are going on sale Friday, July 19th, including his November 17th show in Jacksonville at 10am, and his November 15th show in Melbourne at Noon. Tickets for St. Petersburg and Orlando are already on sale. We have not yet heard when tickets will become available for the November 16th and 19th shows in Coconut Creek and Stuart, but we’ll pass those along as soon as we get word. HTTYD 2 Poster
The website ComingSoon.net reports that a special poster for the upcoming Dreamworks animated feature film How To Train Your Dragon 2 featuring the voice of Craig Ferguson will be available at ComicCon in San Diego this weekend. The poster is by artist Drew Struzan. In the photo, the films director Dean Deblois shows off the design.


Trump Talks Trash
Last week, a Twitter user send a note to real estate mogul and bad toupee wearer Donald Trump, pointing out the Craig had poked fun at Trump during a recent show. The Donald’s response was typical:
