For at least the third time in recent years, he’s appearing at Bob Saget‘s fundraiser to fight scleroderma. The event is usually held in LA but this year, it’s in Las Vegas on Thursday evening. The event raises money for the Scleroderma Research Foundation, which supports research for the autoimmune disorder which affects an estimated 300,000 Americans, mostly women of childbearing age. Saget’s own sister lost her life to the disease at age 47. There is no cure, but researchers are finding ways to ease the pain of patients and prolong their lives.
