Craig Ferguson usually avoids telling actual late-night jokes on the Late Late Show and rarely uses puns. But on Twitter Wednesday, he offered a photoshop pun masterpiece:

Studio Troubles
Leaky StudioStudio 56 at CBS Television City experienced some problems on Tuesday, including a leaking air conditioning unit and the electrical safety issues that went along with it. Since “the show must go on,” Craig & Company persevered, moved half the audience on stage, transferred the show’s opening segment, monologue and guest introductions to the desk and made fun of the situation. Craig tweeted:

A/C in the studio broke & flooded half the lighting rig. Had to move 1/2 the audience to where the band aren’t. One of “those” shows. #oy

LLS Producer Michael Naidus added:

Comedy Central will launch a new late-night show in the fall, hosted by the @Nerdist Chris Hardwick. The show will air at midnight ET/PT following The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. As Deadline.com reports, Thomas Lennon and Ben Garant, creators of Reno 911! will co-executive produce the show.

Arthur’s Show Returns
Arthur and CraigFrench comedian/talk show host Jacques “Arthur” Essebag confirmed the news item we linked earlier in April, saying that his show, Tonight with Arthur, will return to French television in May, this time on the Tf1 channel. Craig appeared as a guest on the show last year, after chiding Arthur for stealing the format of the Late Late Show. Arthur called it an homage, and the two hosts decided to live and let live.
