Thanks also to our readers who responded to the call for donations to the American Red Cross, to help those affected by the flooding in Tennessee, Kentucky and other nearby areas. It appears the worst may be over but it will take some time to restore property and get lives back to normal.
As you may have read here, Craig and the Late Late Show recently won the George Foster Peabody Award, one of the highest honors for excellence in broadcasting. The award was specifically for an interview he conducted with Archbishop Desmond Tutu but as Craig points out in the video clip below, the interview has changed the entire show for for the better.
A rebroadcast of the Desmond Tutu interview show is scheduled for Monday, May 17th.

Updated: For a Friday night, Craig’s guests include writer/producer Seth MacFarlane (displaced from Wednesday’s show by Craig’s long conversation with Scarlett Johansson) comedian Matt Baetz and (ding dong!) emails with comedian Steven Wright. The effervescent Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco was originally listed as a guest tonight but no longer appears on the schedule.
Finally, today is National No Pants Day. If it’s on Wikipedia, it must be true. So enjoy yourself if you are so inclined.
