Joy in Whoville
One of Craig Ferguson‘s favorite shows of all time is Doctor Who. The science fiction series kicks off its 50th year with a new series of episodes on March 30th on the BBC and on BBC America. As the new series gets under way, Time Magazine ponders why the show has been a perennial success.

Freeman in Switzerland

Late Late Show guest and frequent film “voice of God” Morgan Freeman visited the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland this month, to celebrate scientists’ confirmation of the so-called “God particle,” the Higgs Boson. Freeman even got to hang out with physicist Stephen Hawking, reports dvice.com.


Farmiga’s New Gig
LLS Guest Vera Farmiga, fresh off her role in A&E’s Bates Motel, will star opposite Robert Downey, Jr. in a new Warner Brother’s TV offering called The Judge, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
