Scottish Snark
The Scottish press doesn’t mind talking about Craig from time to time but they can’t resist being catty when they do it. Read today’s article in the Sun newspaper with the appropriate grain of salt.

Wallace Letter

One of the few known artifacts connected to Scottish hero William Wallace has finally been returned to Scotland. The 700 year-old letter, written on behalf of King Philip IV of France, expresses and urges support for Wallace’s efforts to fight against England. It is considered to be one of the few documents Wallace himself may have carried in his travels and may have been in his possession when he was captured in 1305. It was discovered in the 1830’s in the Tower of London and will be on display at the Scottish parliament building later this year. Thanks to the RSA’s @sumdude for the link.


Cool Video of the Week
Photographer Kien Lam took a year to travel the world and take some great pictures. He has compiled a video to highlight his work (with music written by his brother) and the result is wonderful.
