The Word on the Street
Loyal RSA hobo @Colleen_Byrne was at CBS Television City in Los Angeles Thursday along with some roboskelly pals to see Craig Ferguson at a taping of the Late Late Show.  She tweeted:

Skellies, get those DVRs ready. Tonight’s show is a keeper! Watch during Craig’s entrance for a special moment. 😉

CBS thinks Thursday’s show is a great one, too:

Major political announcement on #LateLateShow?! Plus Evangeline Lilly dances & @riskindan talks mad science w/ @CraigyFerg 2nite 12:37am!

Oh Those Icelanders
New York Magazine saw Joel McHale attempting to win the big cash prize on Wednesday’s show.

Buzzing for Buzzi
The RSA’s @HoboRobot was laughing about Lily Tomlin‘s appearance on the Late Late Show during which she mistakenly thought Wilford Brimley had passed away.  @HoboRobot said she immediately thought of the “dirty old man” in the comedy sketches featuring comedienne Ruth Buzzi as Gladys in the 60’s and 70’s comedy show Laugh-In.  She thinks Brimley should turn the tables on Tomlin Buzzi-style when he’s on the show next month.  She even came up with a photo illustration:

Now that we have Wilford Brimley on board; and Lily Tomlin thought he was DEAD; I ask fans:  Oatmeal or Walnetto?  Which would Gladys choose?

Were any skellies at the taping when Brimley was on the show?  We’d be excited to hear if he gets involved in a sketch.  Meanwhile, if you’ve never seen Ruth Buzzi’s Gladys character, check her out with guest star Don Rickles in drag, fending off the “dirty old man”.
